How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping (1-2 days) is available for select areas. Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000.
Can I return a product?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be in original condition with tags. Contact support to initiate a return.
Are all products handmade?
Yes, all products are authentic handmade items from verified local artisans. Each product includes a certificate of authenticity.
What is in-store pickup?
In-store pickup lets you collect your order directly from the artisan's store. It's free and orders are ready within 24 hours.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order ships. Track it in 'My Orders' or use the tracking link.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on international shipping. Stay tuned for updates!
